1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, integrating, or accessing Carbaat Trace (hosted at trace.carbaat.com), you agree to these Terms of Service between your entity and Carbaat.
2. Service Scope & Availability
Carbaat Trace provides real-time web telemetry, attribution analysis, and automated affiliate fraud detection across search and affiliate advertising networks. Enterprise tiers include a 99.99% edge uptime SLA.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to integrate the Carbaat Trace tracking SDK solely on authorized client digital properties for legitimate fraud mitigation, traffic quality analysis, and revenue reconciliation purposes.
4. Dispute Evidence & Affiliate Clawbacks
Carbaat Trace produces automated forensic logs and evidence dossiers. While Carbaat provides direct integration hooks for networks (AWIN, CJ, Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten), the client is responsible for executing final contractual clawback rights per their respective network agreements.
